Senior Business Development officer (Chinese Speaker)

Participate in the development of the company’s marketing plan and overall strategy.
Identify business opportunities with existing and new market.
Manage the sales administration function and participate in the elaboration of new insurance products.
Ensure the efficiency of the sales processes including claim process.
Develop a database of prospects and new clients, targets to minimum and large sized company, for achieving the sales target.
Promote products and services in a professional manner insurance ethics.
Contribute to the monthly and yearly business forecast by providing territory

Job Requirements

Good in Both Chinese and English
Knowledge of Insurance industry;
Business development and marketing skills;
Excellent interpersonal skills to develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
A driven sales approach that ensures targets are met;
Demonstrated commercial acumen and strong understanding of business requirements.
