  • Leverage sophisticated analytical abilities to assess and improve digital processes across channels such as branches, mobile banking and iBanking.
  • Develop and implement data-driven recommendations to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and improve the customer experience
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to improve customer interactions and service offerings.
  • Executing, and monitoring digital transformation projects, ensuring alignment with departmental and bank-wide strategic initiatives. This includes tracking progress, managing timelines, and identifying potential roadblocks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively, fostering support for digital transformation initiatives.
  • Assessing and mitigating operational risks associated with the transformation and contribute to the development of strategies to ensure a smooth transition to digital platforms while maintaining operational integrity.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and departments to align on the transformation efforts with business objectives.
  • Develop new concepts and methods that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience in digital banking.
  • Influence key stakeholders to adopt and embrace new digital strategies without direct authority, facilitating positive change within the organization.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital banking or related transformation projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to develop innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders.
  • Fluency in a English language (speaking, listening, writing) is required.
  • Experience in a collaborative environment, demonstrating strategic thought and operational insight.
