Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

Acquire and manage exclusive merchants to achieve transaction, CASA, and fee-based income targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key and exclusive merchants to ensure business growth and retention.
Promote KB PRASAC merchant solutions, including KHQR, QR Sound Box, POS, and other payment services.
Conduct regular merchant visits to identify business opportunities and improve merchant engagement.
Support onboarding, activation, and ongoing management of exclusive merchants.
Implement merchant partnership campaigns, promotional programs, and sales initiatives.
Monitor merchant transaction performance and follow up on inactive or low-performing merchants.
Coordinate with branches and relevant departments to ensure efficient service delivery and issue resolution.
Assist merchants with operational, service, and payment-related inquiries.
Prepare and maintain merchant reports, records, and business performance updates.
Perform other tasks assigned by management.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Finance, Banking sector or relevant Bachelor degree.
He/She shall have at least 3 years’ experience on customer service and selling service and products with other institution.
The priority shall be given to those who have relevant experience.
Good at English speaking, writing, and listening.
Computer literacy, including Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet, Khmer typing and English.
Can work in a pressure manner.
Good personal characteristics, including soft, friendly, and good communication skills, and the ability to work in a team spirit.
Be able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
High personal integrity, morality, and able to work under pressure.
Willingness to frequently travel to the wide branch network offices.
