Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

Lead and manage the Commercial Merchant Sales Support Unit to achieve merchant acquisition, transaction, CASA, and fee-based income targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies, merchant partnership programs, and promotional campaigns to drive business growth.
Manage relationships with key, strategic, and exclusive merchants to maximize business opportunities and retention.
Monitor merchant portfolio performance, transaction trends, and sales results, and implement improvement initiatives.
Support branches and sales teams in achieving merchant and transaction-related business objectives.
Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, IT, and other relevant departments to ensure successful implementation of merchant initiatives.
Establish sales guidelines and action plans to increase merchant transactions and adoption of KB PRASAC payment solutions.
Prepare and present performance reports, business insights, and recommendations to management.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Perform other tasks assigned by management.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, related field.
Minimum 5-10 years sales experience in banking or financial institution
Very good knowledge and job experience of banking services for at least 5 years
History of strong achievement of sales performance
Good communication and strong understanding of customer behavior
Very good communication skills and ability to work in a team spirit.
Good at English speaking, writing and listening
Computer literacy, including Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet, Khmer typing and English.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
Good personal characteristics, including soft, friendly, and good communication skills, and the ability to work in a team spirit.
Be able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
High personal integrity, morality, and able to work under pressure.
Willingness to frequently travel to the wide branch network offices.
