An Exciting Opportunity for ...
• Develop, implement, and enforce HSE policies and procedures specific to jewelry manufacturing operations
(e.g., handling of chemicals, fire safety from casting/annealing, fine dust control).
• Conduct regular workplace inspections and risk assessments focused on hazards such as sharp tools, small parts,
repetitive motions, ventilation, and exposure to polishing agents and soldering fumes.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for accidents, near misses, or unsafe conditions.
• Maintain MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets) for all chemicals and ensure proper labeling, storage, and disposal.
• Coordinate fire drills, emergency response, and first aid preparedness, especially in production and plating areas.
• Train employees and contractors on HSE best practices, PPE usage, machinery safety, and safe handling of
hazardous substances.
• Monitor air quality, noise levels, and waste handling to ensure environmental compliance.
• Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to ensure safe installation and operation of machinery
(e.g., polishing units, casting machines, laser welders).
• Keep detailed and accurate records of incidents, inspections, and compliance reports for internal and external
audits.
• Liaise with relevant government agencies (labor, fire, environment) to ensure full regulatory compliance.
