  • ផ្តល់ការបណ្តុះបណ្តាលដល់បុគ្គលិក ពាក់ព័ន្ធអំពីផ្នែកច្បាប់ រួមទាំងការដាក់បណ្តឹងទៅតុលាការ និងបណ្តឹងនៅក្រៅតុលាការ។
  • ធ្វើការងារផ្សេងៗទៀតតាមការចាត់តាំងរបស់ប្រធានផ្នែក/នាយកនាយកដ្ឋាន។

Job Requirements

  • បរិញ្ញាបត្រផ្នែកច្បាប់ ឬសញ្ញាប័ត្រច្បាប់ដែលបានប្រកាសថាមានតម្លៃសមមូល។
  • ជាមេធាវីពេញសិទ្ធិ មានវិញ្ញាបនបត្រសម្បទាខាងវិជ្ជាជីវៈមេធាវី ដែលចេញដោយមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលបណ្តុះបណ្តាល វិជ្ជាជីវៈមេធាវី និងមិនជាប់ទណ្ឌកម្មជាបទវិន័យ។
  • មានបទពិសោធន៍ជាជំនួយការចៅក្រម ឬជំនួយការរាជអាជ្ញាត្រូវបានលើកទឹកចិត្ត។
  • មានបទពិសោធន៍ធ្វើការផ្នែកច្បាប់នៅធនាគារ ឬគ្រឹះស្ថានមីក្រូហរិញ្ញវត្ថុកាន់តែប្រសើរ។
  • មានចំណេះដឹងអំពីគ្រឹះស្ថានមីក្រូហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ  និងច្បាប់ពាក់ព័ន្ធឥណទានដូចជា  ច្បាប់ដីធ្លី  ច្បាប់រដ្ឋប្បវេណីច្បាប់ព្រហ្មទណ្ឌ និងច្បាប់កិច្ចសន្យា។
  • មានជំនាញទំនាក់ទំនង ជំនាញចរចារ និងមានសមត្ថភាពក្នុងការធ្វើការងារជាក្រុម។
