- Joint inspection of all technical, repair works, and site management.
- Jointly inspect work performance and solve the problem at the Site.
- Check the site internally for other problems.
- Inspect/Detail/ drawing for all technical work.
- Joint Handover with the sales team and the owner.
- Prepare BOQ and submit to the Sales and QS team for house repair.
- Prepare to request budget package for house repair.
- Verify and check the payment claim before submitting to Management.
- Evaluate and recommend materials that can be used or replaced, and material quality testing.
- Prepare weekly, Monthly maintenance reports which include progress, change cost, and confirm the impact or work delay, other issues related to the work, and recommend solving the problem if necessary to Management.
- Manage on water supply and connect the water to the new house
- Manage the cutoff of electricity and water drop, and the AR house.
- Manage on connect and not yet connect the EDC house.
- Manage on electricity data in the project

- Have a Bachelor's degree in MEP Engineering or a degree equivalent.
- Knowledge of the construction process in Structure, Architectural components, MEP, and Design.
- Have at least 2 years' experience in Project Planning, Leading, and Construction Project Management.
- Have skills in Computer, MS Office, Auto Cad, MS Project, and Structural Design/Analysis software. Internet and Email
- Have skills in problem-solving.
- Have skills in management and leadership.
- Have good communication skills in both Khmer, English (Chinese is better).
- Work activities and can work under work pressure with employees at all levels.
- Be responsible, quick on the job, and be able to respect that assignment by company.
- Understand all the company policies and practices of project management.
- Have high ethics and professionalism.
