Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

  • Market and sell luxury residential/commercial properties to prospective buyers
  • Assist and adhere to the sales and marketing plans of the company
  • Assist the internal team and externally appointed marketing agency to ensure high sales conversion of the property
  • Ensure marketing materials such as brochures & flyers are in order and distributed
  • Create brand awareness and deliver to our customers’ satisfaction
  • Get involved and assist in exhibitions/events
  • Provide prospective clients with information and answer all queries pertaining of features and facilities of the properties on sales
  • Actively liaise with clients on administrative matters after sales
  • Ensure that government regulations and company procedures are adhered to when handling prospective buyers and conducting the property sales transactions
  • Responsible for a smooth day-to-day running and operations of the show flat to ensure a high standard of presentation
  • And other duties as and when assigned by management

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in real estate or related disciplines preferred
  • At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in the property or real estate development industry
  • Prior working experience in property developer companies preferred
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with a strong passion for sales
  • Good team player, resourceful, and driven
  • Possess initiative and self-motivated
  • Ability to speak Chinese is an advantage
