Job Description

  • Conduct user research, interviews, and competitor analysis to understand user needs.
  • Define user personas, journey maps, and information architecture.
  • Align designs with business goals and compliance requirements.
  • Design and prototype high-quality user interfaces and responsive layouts for web and mobile applications.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Ensure designs follow brand guidelines, accessibility, and usability best practices.
  • Work closely with product managers, business analysts, frontend developers, and QA engineers.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Present and explain design decisions to stakeholders, gathering feedback for iterations.
  • Plan and conduct usability testing and A/B testing to validate design effectiveness.
  • Analyze user feedback and data to refine and optimize user experiences.
  • Maintain a design system and reusable components for consistency.
  • Focus on enhancing digital products such as LOS workflows, onboarding forms, dashboards, mobile apps, and agent/merchant tools.
  • Contribute to a design-led culture that emphasizes customer experience and simplicity.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio.
  • Bachelor’s degree in design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, InVision, Zeplin.
  • Experience designing for iOS, Android, and responsive web interfaces.
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, and frontend technologies is a plus.
  • Background in fintech, banking, or enterprise applications is an advantage.
