  • Greet customers in a courteous and timely manner.
  • Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.
  • Interpret customer concerns for the mechanic, so that the mechanic can diagnose and service the motor accordingly.
  • Organize and manage scheduling for service appointments.
  • Prepare comprehensive and detailed service orders and provide cost estimates.
  • Update customers regarding any changes or delays in service.
  • Provide clear explanations to customers about the status of repairs, maintenance processes, and related costs.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the service team to maintain a smooth flow of work.
  • Follow up with customers to gauge satisfaction with services provided and to identify areas for improvement.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Degree in a relevant field will be a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor or similar role in automotive sales or services.
  • Strong understanding of motor bike repairs and maintenance.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
