● Install, test, and maintain telecom equipment and network systems at customer or site locations.
● Diagnose technical issues, perform corrective actions, and minimize service downtime.
● Conduct preventive maintenance and ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.
● Support fault reporting, escalation, and resolution with internal teams and vendors.
● Prepare service records, technical reports, and maintenance documentation accurately.
● Coordinate with customers and field teams to deliver timely and professional support.

Job Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Electrical, or a related technical field.
● Experience in telecom service, field engineering, network maintenance, or technical support.
● Strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of hardware, systems, and service operations.
● Ability to read technical diagrams, manuals, and maintenance procedures.
● Good communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.
● Willingness to work in the field and respond to operational needs as required.
● Experience in HSE-aware work practices and compliance with safety standards is an advantage.
