  • Create great customer experiences (people come back because of you!)
  • Lead, train, and work with your team to achieve best outcomes 
  • Keep stock ready and displays looking fresh & attractive
  • Work closely with suppliers (orders, delivery, quality & pricing)
  • Make sure the shop always has everything it needs to run smoothly
  • Track sales, handle cash, and manage POS with confidence
  • Solve customer issues like a problem-solving hero 💪
  • Keep the shop clean, organized, and welcoming
  • Share ideas and help improve the business 🚀

Job Requirements

What Makes You a Perfect Fit

  • 1–2 years experience in coffee, retail, or F&B
  • Basic knowledge of coffee & shop operations
  • Supplier handling experience is a big plus 👍
  • Good communication (Khmer + English)
  • Strong leadership & problem-solving skills
  • Responsible, organized, and customer-focused
