• Assess compliance implementation of factories including interviewing, document check andfacility reviewing.• Summarize audit results.• Prepare and issue audit reports with quality of client’s requirements within an agreedturnaround time.• Update audit guidelines or work instruction of each audit program.• Other assigned tasks by a direct manager.

Job Requirements
• With at least 3-year work experience in the areas of either Social Compliance/ CorporateSocial Responsibility Audit, HR/Admin or Legal Consultancy.• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Law or English• Working knowledge of MS Office applications.• With knowledge of Cambodian Labor Law, other local relevant laws, and regulations• Good command of spoken and written English• Able to work as team, site work under time constraints or conditions of high pressure.• With ability to work independently• Patient, honest, good attitude, and good time management• With sound judgment with high sense of ethics• Good interpersonal communication skills• Able to perform multi audit programs and details oriented.
