•  Manage full-cycle recruitment (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding support)
•  Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and workforce planning
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and CV pool
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability
• Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the process
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
• Ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage of recruitment
• Prepare recruitment reports and track hiring progress
• Support employer branding initiatives (career page, job posts, campus engagement)
• Ensure recruitment processes follow company policies and standards

Job Requirements

•  Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
•  At least 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
•  Strong communication and interpersonal skills
•  Good command of English (written & spoken)
•  Ability to handle multiple positions and meet deadlines
•  Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel & reporting)
•  Familiar with job posting platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards)
•  Strong organizational and time management skills
•  Proactive, detail-oriented, and result-driven
