• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or other related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in recruitment and employer branding or HR-related roles.
• Good command of interviewing and Evaluation Tools
• Good knowledge of Job Description writing
• Understanding of Social media and Recruitment Platforms
• Knowledge of HRIS or HR Reporting
• Experience in Employer Branding and employee engagement
• Knowledge of graphic design is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and digital training tools.
• Basic understanding of Labor Compliance
