Job Description

● Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and job offers.
● Coordinate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities.
● Post vacancies on job boards, social media, and internal channels to attract strong candidates.
● Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate pipelines, and hiring status updates.
● Schedule interviews, follow up with candidates, and ensure a positive applicant experience.
● Support onboarding activities and help new hires complete required documentation.
● Build and maintain relationships with agencies, schools, and sourcing networks.
● Prepare recruitment reports and track key hiring metrics for continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
● Experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or HR coordination, preferably in logistics.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, service-minded approach.
● Ability to manage multiple vacancies, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
● Familiarity with interview techniques, candidate assessment, and hiring processes.
● Good organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate records and reporting.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office and common recruitment tools or HR systems.
● Ability to work collaboratively with managers and maintain confidentiality at all times.
