Job Summary
Talent Acquisition Specialist responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support HGB One Co., Ltd’s growth in the automotive/Motorcycle sector. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, build strong candidate pipelines, and partner with hiring managers to deliver a smooth, professional hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities
● Manage full-cycle recruitment from job posting and sourcing to interview coordination and offer support.
● Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, role requirements, and hiring priorities.
● Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.
● Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate fit for skills, culture, and values.
● Maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs across multiple functions.
● Coordinate interview schedules, candidate communication, and onboarding handover with HR teams.
● Track recruitment metrics, update ATS or hiring records, and support reporting on hiring progress.
● Contribute to employer branding and recruitment initiatives to improve candidate attraction and experience.

Job Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
● 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR hiring support.
● Strong knowledge of sourcing methods, interviewing techniques, and recruitment best practices.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional candidate-facing approach.
● Ability to work independently, manage multiple vacancies, and meet hiring deadlines.
● Familiarity with recruitment tools, MS Office, and applicant tracking systems is an advantage.
● Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-up skills.
● Experience in automotive, manufacturing, or fast-paced commercial environments is preferred.
