1. HR Administration & Compliance
- Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and ensure data integrity.
- Prepare and manage employment contracts, letters, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
2. Payroll & Benefits Administration
- Coordinate monthly payroll processing, including data validation and reporting.
- Administer employee benefits programs and handle related queries.
3. HR Systems & Reporting
- Manage HRIS updates and generate regular HR reports (headcount, turnover, etc.).
- Support system enhancements and troubleshooting.
4. Employee Relations & Support
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in handling disciplinary cases and grievance processes.
5. Process Improvement - Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes for efficiency.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR operations or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
