An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  1. Recruitment and Selection
    • Assist in posting job advertisements and screening candidates.
    • Schedule interviews and support hiring managers.
    • Prepare job offers and employment contracts.
  2. Onboarding and Offboarding
    • Conduct employee orientations and exit interviews.
    • Ensure new hire documentation is complete and accurate.
    • Coordinate with relevant departments for onboarding processes.
  3. HR Administration
    • Maintain employee records.
    • Prepare HR letters, memos, and reports.
    • Update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook.
  4. Employee Relations
    • Support employee engagement initiatives.
    • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
    • Assist in resolving employee issues and grievances.
  5. Attendance and Leave Management
    • Monitor employee attendance and punctuality.
    • Maintain leave records and ensure compliance with company policy.
  6. Training and Development
    • Assist in identifying training needs.
    • Coordinate internal and external training sessions.
    • Maintain training records.
  7. Performance Management
    • Support performance appraisal process.
    • Track evaluation submissions and provide administrative assistance.
  8. Compliance
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
    • Assist with labor inspections and audits.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR or administrative role.
  • Knowledge of Cambodian Labor Law is an advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software (if any).
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
