  • Create and maintain forecasts for each loan program to guide strategic planning.
  • Monitor actual performance against forecasts and adjust projections as needed.
  • Track daily loan uptake and compare it with established targets.
  • Provide close supervision reports to the Director Digital Lending.
  • Maintain the Profit and Loss (P&L) statements for each loan program and segment.
  • Analyze profitability by segment to identify areas of improvement.
  • Monitor portfolio performance by cohorts and vintages.
  • Identify trends and provide actionable insights to improve portfolio quality.
  • Develop and recommend pricing strategies for loan programs to optimize growth and profitability.
  • Ensure pricing decisions are data-driven and aligned with market conditions.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to create and manage business cases for BCDs.
  • Ensure alignment with organizational goals and financial constraints.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration (BBA/MBA) with a focus on Banking and Finance.
  • 3-4 years of experience in the banking sector, preferably in roles involving financial planning, pricing, or digital lending.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.
  • Experience with P&L management and portfolio analysis.
