Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • Oversee the execution of daily banking procedures as related to teller lines and ATM.
  • Coordinate tellers’ activities, work schedules, assigns duties
  • Ensure the respective branch cash management is running smooth
  • Ensure accurate and efficient teller transactions are offered with professionalism
  • Giver clear instructions and guidance to subordinates
  • Check the daily cash count with teller and briefly report to branch manage/chief of cash operation department
  • Ensures that security and operation guidelines are followed by tellers
  • Recognized opportunities to recommend bank products and services and refers customers to appropriate staff members
  • Supervise teller with continuously coach, train and mentor particularly counterfeit notes, etc.
  • Verify and approval all branch transactions, train and develop teller to improve their competency at branch level

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree Finance and banking, accounting or any relevant fields
  • 3 or more years working experience as Teller in financial institutions
  • Banking services relate to teller area
  • Customer services
  • Be able to use English (Chinese is a plus)
