Job SummaryJoin Plantation Hotel as a Waiter in Phnom Penh. You will deliver warm, attentive service in our Food and Beverage team, ensuring guests enjoy a seamless dining experience in a professional, welcoming hotel environment.Key Responsibilities● Greet guests promptly and provide friendly, professional table service● Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them in a timely manner● Set up, clear, and reset tables while maintaining high cleanliness standards● Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow● Assist guests with menu recommendations and respond to service requests● Handle guest concerns politely and escalate issues when needed● Follow hotel service standards, hygiene rules, and safety procedures

● Entry-level candidates are welcome; prior restaurant or hotel experience is a plus● Good communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-focused attitude● Able to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure● Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards● Team player with a positive, professional, and reliable work ethic● Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required● Neat personal presentation and attention to cleanliness and detail
