Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
● Greet and seat guests warmly while delivering attentive, friendly table service.
● Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen.
● Serve meals and drinks promptly, maintaining high standards of presentation.
● Anticipate guest needs, handle requests, and resolve concerns with professionalism.
● Prepare, set up, and maintain clean, organized dining areas throughout service.
● Process bills and payments accurately while following hotel service procedures.
● Support team members to ensure smooth operations during busy service periods.

Job Requirements

● Previous waiter or hospitality service experience in a hotel, restaurant, or café.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-focused attitude.
● Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure well.
● Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards and table etiquette.
● Attention to detail, accuracy, and commitment to maintaining cleanliness.
● Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
● Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong teamwork skills.
● Basic English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
