Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Oversee the daily operations of the inbound team, ensuring efficient and accurate receiving, replenishment, and storage of products.
  • Manage and train inbound staff, including receivers and forklift operators, to maintain high productivity and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with third-party unloading services, inbound scheduling, and warehouse management to ensure smooth inbound operatios
  • Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure timely and accurate receipt of products.
  • Conduct daily receiving and location audits to ensure all documentation is accurately completed and products are stored correctly.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, including HACCP and food safety regulations.
  • Monitor and maintain efficiency standards throughout all inbound processes.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce errors.
  • Generate and analyze reports on inbound operations to identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of inbound activities and ensure proper documentation is completed.

Job Requirements

  • 2 years’ experience of Warehouse Management. CG, F&B    
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems. Ex: SAP or others
  • Computer’s program  :  Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
  • Good command of both written & spoken English
  • Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
