Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Lead and optimize warehouse inbound, storage, and outbound operations
  • Oversee transport operations and ensure timely, cost-effective delivery
  • Ensure quality execution of VAS operations (e.g., redressing, bundling)
  • Maintain facility infrastructure, equipment, and utilities
  • Drive compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards (e.g., GDP, fire safety)
  • Lead workforce planning, shift management, and resource utilization
  • Identify and implement process improvement and automation initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure SLA and customer satisfaction
  • Manage returns, cancellations, and destruction processes in line with policy
  • Support business growth by maximizing space utilization and onboarding new customers.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Professional certifications such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or APICS CLTD are preferred.
  • 6 years of experience in distribution or logistics operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale warehouse operations, transport networks, and cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with GDP, ISO, or other compliance frameworks related to warehousing and transport.
  • Hands-on experience in WMS, TMS, and inventory control systems.
  • Having good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in fast-paced environment
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point..)
  • Ability to understand, speak and write in English.
