A Fantastic Opportunity for ...
1. Oversees the company’s legal documents and operations to ensure full compliance with laws and regulations.2. Monitors transactions utilizing adequate resources to meet the legal requirements;3. Works with other departments in the company to ensure everyone is aware of what they need to do to comply with regulations.4. Develops, initiates, maintains, and revises policies and procedures for each operation to prevent non-compliance, or improper conduct;5. Reports non-compliance issues, its mitigations, and results of the implementation to relevant departments.6. Provides support and assistance to the internal and external auditors as necessary.7. Other tasks as assigned by Head of Legal.

លក្ខខណ្ឌការងារ
1. Bachelor's degree in law or a related field.2. At least 2 years of experience in a compliance role.3. Having experience within the industry sector is highly preferable.4. Good command in both spoken and written English.5. Good communication, detail-oriented, interpersonal, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
