● Review, draft, and revise commercial contracts to support business needs and reduce legal risk.● Identify contract risks, clarify terms, and recommend practical solutions for internal stakeholders.● Coordinate with legal, procurement, finance, and operations teams during contract negotiations.● Maintain accurate contract records, version control, and approval documentation.● Ensure contracts comply with company policies, local laws, and regulatory requirements.● Support contract templates, standard clauses, and process improvements for efficiency.

លក្ខខណ្ឌការងារ
● Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.● Proven experience in contract review, legal support, compliance, or risk management.● Strong knowledge of commercial contract terms, legal language, and negotiation principles.● Understanding of telecommunications, corporate governance, or regulatory compliance is an advantage.● Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills in English.● High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.● Professional, proactive, and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.● Strong proficiency in MS Office and document management tools.
