​Operations Manager at Well-known International Bank in Phnom Penh

  • Lead the operations team including trade, treasury back office, merchant and remittance)
  • Oversight of overall Phnom Penh banking operations as delegated by Operations Head
  • Handle cash management, including managing the teller, Customer Service, and Cashier
  • Ensure no lapse of error, balancing, reconciliation for all financial operations services
  • Support to front liner by fulfilling ad-hoc request, work closely and without error or delay
  • Check all reconciliation in the branch and find root cause if any imbalance and fix the issues
  • Overseeing local and international transactions, including performing KYC

Job Requirements

  • At least 4 or 5 years of proven experience in Banking Operation Management or Trade Finance or Treasury similar related role from Banking industries
  • Bachelor or Master’s degree of finance, banking, economics, business or a related education background preferable
  • Possess a dynamic personality with strong interpersonal, problem solving, good communication skills and management skills
  • Multi -Tasking capability, results oriented, displays consistent performance, positive thinker with good attitude, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills in both oral and written of Khmer and English languages
