• Manage garment laboratory operations including color fastness, shrinkage, and physical testing.• Supervise color matching and shade approval processes.• Ensure all testing complies with buyer and international standards.• Investigate testing failures and implement corrective actions.• Maintain laboratory equipment calibration and records.• Prepare test reports and communicate results to relevant departments.

• Bachelor's Degree in Textile Engineering, Chemistry, or related field.• Minimum 3 years of experience in textile/garment laboratory management.• Strong understanding of AATCC, ASTM, and buyer testing standards.• Good communication and analytical skills.
