Admission and Student Recruitment Manager at a Leading Education Company in Phnom Penh, Cambodia

  • Develop and execute comprehensive student recruitment plans to meet institutional enrollment goals
  • Identify key markets (domestic and international) and implement outreach strategies
  • Oversee the end-to-end admissions process, ensuring efficiency and a positive applicant experience
  • Respond to inquiries from prospective students and parents via email, phone, and in-person meetings
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and personalized communication to nurture leads

Job Requirements

  • At least 5 years of direct sales experience in Education, Insurance, Automotive and Real Estate and at least 2 years of experience in management level
  • Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged
  • Business English is a must
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, direct sales and proficiency in CRM systems, data analysis, and digital marketing tools should be advanced
