Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth administrative workflows.
  • Manage sample coordination, trial support, and document control.
  • Monitor lead times, conduct visual inspections, and analyze production data (wastage, rejects, root
  • causes).
  • Ensure compliance with Cambodian labor laws and factory regulations.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications in Khmer, English, and Chinese.
  • Organize meetings, training sessions, and company events.
  • Supervise office staff and support onboarding and performance reviews.
  • Maintain office supplies, budget tracking, and vendor relationships.
  • Report regularly to senior management and suggest operational improvements.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in office or operations management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and office management tools.
  • Fluent in Khmer, English, and Chinese (spoken and written).
  • Knowledge of Cambodian labor laws and compliance standards.
