Associate Consultant at a Leading Recruitment Company in Phnom Penh

  • Source English speaking local Candidates through social media, head hunting, referrals and networking
  • Meet with Candidates to learn more about their background and help match them with vacancies at our Clients
  • Manage the CRM database and ensure accurate and timely data entry
  • Develop an expertise in multiple job categories to provide specific insights into the capabilities of Candidates
  • Share information freely to colleagues

  • Knowledge of business development to multinational companies
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Khmer
  • Driven personality and a commitment to exceed KPIs
  • Strong computer literacy and able to type at more than 40 words per minute
