Business Analysis & Reporting

• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for business improvement.
• Assist in preparing regular business performance reports for management.
• Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to support strategic decisions.

Requirements Gathering & Solution Support

• Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear analytical requirements.
• Support the development of business models, forecasting tools, and dashboards.
• Collaborate with IT/Data teams to ensure accurate data flow and reporting.

Process Improvement

• Identify inefficiencies in operational processes and propose improvement initiatives.
• Support implementation of new processes, systems, or tools to enhance productivity.
• Assist in documenting business processes and maintaining updated SOP

Project Coordination

• Support business analysis activities for ongoing projects and strategic initiatives.
• Track project progress, prepare status updates, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Provide analytical support for feasibility studies and business cases.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Finance, Operations, Sales, and other departments to collect data and validate insights.

Assist in facilitating meetings, workshops, and presentations with stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales operations, sales force automation, business analysis, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Excellent technical skills with hands-on experience in SFA tools and software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to interpret data and generate insights etc.
