Job Description

  • Manage the process for obtaining new car licenses, renewing existing licenses, and extending licenses, ensuring that all paperwork is completed in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transportation-related documents, including licenses, permits, and any relevant government correspondence.
  • Prepare and submit necessary applications and documentation for license renewals, new licenses, and extensions to the relevant authorities.
  • Communicate with internal departments to gather required information and ensure smooth coordination for vehicle-related administrative tasks.
  • Provide regular updates to management on the status of licenses, renewals, and any government-related actions.
  • Monitor and control gasoline usage and related expenses if required.

  • Prepare and manage budgets related to transportation operations.

  • Prepare regular reports on transportation activities, expenses, and performance metrics.

  • Maintain documentation for all transportation operations, including contracts, agreements, and compliance records.

  • Other tasks assigned by manager.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative role, preferably in transportation or government liaison duties.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of local government processes related to transportation and vehicle licensing is a plus.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
