  • Oversee the daily operations of company vehicles to ensure optimal usage and efficiency.
  • Supervise drivers, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
  • Ensure all vehicles are properly maintained, serviced, and repaired on schedule.
  • Track fuel consumption, mileage, and fleet-related expenses to optimize costs.
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle registration, insurance, and compliance documents.
  • Implement safety protocols and ensure drivers adhere to company policies.
  • Identify and resolve vehicle-related issues proactively.
  • Coordinate with management to improve fleet efficiency and reduce downtime.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in vehicle supervision, fleet management, or a related role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of vehicle maintenance, scheduling, and fuel efficiency management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and fleet management software is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
