​Executive Assistant at a Fast-Growing Software Company in Phnom Penh

  • Organize meetings by scheduling times, preparing agendas, and taking minutes as necessary
  • Plan and coordinate travel logistics for executives, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration with internal teams and external partners to support organizational objectives

Job Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree is a must
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience
  • Good communication, customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in English, Khmer, and other International Language is often preferred to effectively communicate
