Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

• Conduct telephone survey interviews with customers through requests from respective departments

• Maintain customer retention by contacting customers to reactivate their account.

• Make cold calls to target customers about promotions or campaigns of SPN Bank products and services

• Describe products and services, respond to questions, identify the opportunity for sales and refer sales opportunities to relevant stakeholders

• Collect customer responses and prepare an accurate report for management

• Handle other duties as assigned from line manager

Job Requirements

• Fresh Graduate or Graduated bachelor’s in business, Marketing, Finance and Banking or other related fields.

• Having experience in sales or tele sales is preferable.

• Good at both spoken written English and Chinese or Japanese spoken is an asset.

• Good at computer literacy (Microsoft word, excel, and outlook).

• Effective communication and customer service skills for both internal and external customers.

• Willing to work with customer complaints, pressures, and feedback.
