• Directly supervise production staff, including assigning daily tasks, managing shift schedules, monitoring attendance, and addressing immediate operational issues to ensure daily output targets are met.• Enforce adherence to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality protocols; conduct routine audits and checks on products and documentation to minimize defects and rework.• Provide on-the-job coaching and training to production operators on new processes, equipment, and safety procedures; foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.• Monitor machine and line performance; perform initial troubleshooting on process deviations or minor equipment faults to minimize downtime, escalating complex maintenance issues promptly.• Prepare and communicate clear and accurate shift reports detailing production volume, labor utilization, scrap rates, and any significant issues encountered to the Production Manager and Planning team.
