A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

The Personal Assistant to the COO acts as the COO’s central control point for schedule management, information filtering, document preparation, executive coordination, and communication flow.

This role does not manage operations. Instead, it ensures the COO’s time, focus, and priorities are protected and optimized while enabling smooth communication between the COO and Operations Department.

       Main responsibilities inclide:

1. Calendar & Priority Control

  • Manage and optimize COO’s calendar
  • Decide which meetings are necessary, postponed, or delegated
  • Prepare daily priority brief for the COO

2. Executive Communication Filter

  • Screen messages, calls, and requests before reaching the COO
  • Draft professional replies on behalf of the COO
  • Ensure clear communication between COO and Operations Department

3. Meeting Preparation & Follow-up

  • Prepare meeting agenda, documents, and summaries
  • Take concise meeting minutes
  • Track only executive decisions and ensure responsible HOD follows through

4. Document & Presentation Preparation

  • Prepare reports, PowerPoint, summaries, letters, and proposals
  • Compile information from departments into executive format
  • Maintain organized digital filing for COO

5. Travel & External Coordination

  • Arrange travel, meetings, partner visits, and events
  • Prepare itinerary and required documents

6. Confidential Handling

  • Manage sensitive information with high discretion
  • Represent the COO professionally when communicating internally and externally

 

Required Skills

  • Strong organizational & prioritization skills
  • Excellent Khmer & English writing
  • Very good at PowerPoint, Word, Excel
  • Able to summarize long reports into 1-page executive summary
  • High discretion, maturity, and professionalism
  • Fast thinking and proactive mindset

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Management or other related field.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in logistic management or customer service.
  • Must be at least 25 years old.
