Job Description

Administrative Support: Manage the Factory Manager’s calendar, schedule meetings, and handle all internal and external correspondence.
Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas for production meetings, take detailed minutes, and follow up with department heads on action items.
Document Management: Maintain an organized filing system for production orders, staff attendance records, and equipment maintenance logs.
Data Entry & Reporting: Assist in gathering daily production numbers from the floor and entering them into reports for the Manager's review.
Workflow Facilitation: Liaison between the factory floor and the office to ensure that paperwork (such as supply requests or HR forms) is processed without delay.
Task Tracking: Monitor the progress of specific assignments given by the Manager to various teams and provide status updates.

Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience as an administrative assistant, preferably within a manufacturing, factory, or warehouse environment.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (for production data entry and reporting) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Language Skills: Fluent in Khmer with Good English skills (for handling professional correspondence and reports).
Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work effectively under pressure on a busy factory site.
