  •  Drive Membership sales and member satisfaction
  •  Oversee sports programs, facilities and events
  •  Lead and develop a team of membership officers, cleaners, security personnel and freelance coaches
  •  Ensure smooth daily operations and facility standards
  •  Assist in supporting social events/activities for members.
  •  Manage budgets, report and revenue targets
  •  Oversee the duty rosters for all recreation staff and highlight irregularities to supervisor.
  •  Work with the manager in managing marketing plans to ensure revenue, cost and participation
  •  Promote a safe, friendly and engaging club environment

Job Requirements

  •  Degree in Recreation Management or related field
  •  Minimum 2-3 years' experiences in sports, fitness or club operations (luxury hotel, clubhouse or fitness center experience is an advantage)
  •  Strong Leadership, Communication and people skills
  •  Passionate about sports, fitness and healthy lifestyle
  •  Proficient in Microsoft Office and management systems
  •  Flexibility to work weekends, early mornings, or evenings depending on sports event schedules.
  •  Good communication skills in Khmer & English (both spoken and written) to assist diverse members and guests effectively.
