This is not a standard service job. We are building a cultural storytelling tea brand, so we need candidates with both skill and personality.

 

  • Learn tea-making, dessert-making, and brand culture
  • Film short videos and “Trainee Diary” content during their China training
  • Help adapt Chinese flavors to Cambodian taste
  • Become future brand storytellers & cultural bridges
  • Work with the team to create a warm and meaningful customer experience

    Job Requirements

    • Must speak Chinese (basic conversational level is fine)
    • Strong interest in tea, desserts, wellness, or food culture
    • Friendly personality with confidence in front of the camera
    • Able to learn fast and willing to grow
    • Open to travel to China for training
    • Passionate about representing Cambodian culture in a new way
