Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Seek opportunities for business development, acquisition, and market penetration
  • Prospect for potential clients and convert them into business opportunities
  • Develop new sales channels for marketing valuation and other real estate services
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationship with partners and potential customers, especially existing partner banks and new potential banks to increase valuation business
  • Conduct direct sales and marketing for property and asset valuation services and other real-estate related services including agency, property management, and project sales
  • Develop and communicate Company's brand and products to the market
  • Participate in sales and marketing activities and campaigns
  • Develop and sustain relationship with all stakeholders including businesses and government ministries and local authorities
  • Assist in licensing, company's registration, branch setup, and other application process
  • Conduct market study and analysis on real estate market
  • Assist in development of business and marketing plan and strategies
  • Assist in development and diversification of real estate products/services
  • Work closely with all business units

Job Requirements

  • Graduated Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, ….
  • 1 or 2 years experiences in business, relationship or marketing
  • Strong Communication skill
  • Knowledge in MS Office, Google Map, and English language
  • Problem Solving and analysis
  • Creative, independent, and positive thinking
  • Can travel to province (Mission: case by case)
