Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Manage client relationships and handle fund transactions.
  • Assist with account opening, KYC, and investor documentation.
  • Coordinate with Trustee, Operations, and Compliance teams.
  • Prepare reports for management, Finance, and regulators (SERC).
  • Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely client service.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in client service, banking, or fund management.
  • Female preferred, able to speak Chinese and English.
  • Good understanding of fund operations, KYC, and compliance.
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive with a positive attitude.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
