Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

1. Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Identify and propose new business opportunities/strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through networking.
  • Present, promote, and sell our services to existing and prospective customers

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Meet with potential clients and build and nurture long-lasting relationships that address their needs.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.

3. Market Research & Strategy

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities.

4. Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
  • Prepare weekly sales reports and forecasts for management review.

5. Collaborate & Teamwork

  • Work closely with Marketing team to align sales strategies.
  • Participate in promotional events

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or related field.
  • A minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales.
  • Passionate about working in the healthcare field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Khmer and English language
  • Maintain, establish, and nurture client relationships
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills and Admin
  • Strong ability to persuade, close deals, and negotiate terms effectively
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Proven success rate at levels above sales quota
  • Candidates should also be able to prioritize projects with little supervision and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to contribute to the development of sales strategies
  • Working days: 5 days per week
  • Working hours: 8:00 – 18:00 (include 1-hour lunch break)
  • Days off: 2 days off/week plus Public Holiday
  • Salary: Based on our policy/ Up to your achievement and contribution
  • Pay change: Twice a year (January and July)
