- University degree or higher in Finance, Banking, Economics, or related fields is preferred.
- At least one year of experience working in the credit field within the financial or banking sector.
- Ability to identify, monitor, and assess risk prevention and mitigation solutions effectively in sales operations.
- Strong sales and communication skills.
- Proficient in basic office computing skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Foreign language: TOEIC score of 550 or higher, or an equivalent certificate.
- Age: Not over 35 years old at the time of application.
- Good appearance (Minimum height: 1.65m for males, 1.56m for females).
- Preference will be given to candidates who can use and communicate in Vietnamese.
