  • Providing service to customers.
  • Reply to customer messages through the Hotline.
  • Daily checking of decoration.
  • Preparing the Construction units report.
  • Handle a bunch of keys from C1 to C4 for sales and leasing.
  • Inspect unit problems.
  • Monthly Key Report.
  • Request to the facility fixing unit.
  • Other tasks as assigned by Customer Service Supervisor/Manager.
