● Experience in customer service, front desk, or patient support; healthcare experience is an advantage.● Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, service-oriented attitude.● Able to handle inquiries, appointments, and daily tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.● Good problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.● Comfortable using phone, messaging tools, and basic computer applications.● Able to work in Phnom Penh and coordinate well with team members in a fast-paced clinic.
