Job Description

  • Supervise and train customer service staff on handling appliance inquiries, complaints, returns, and warranty claims.
  • Monitor daily operations, including service level agreements, first-call resolution, and coordination with repair technicians or third-party providers.
  • Resolve escalated customer issues related to home appliances, such as product defects or installation problems, while maintaining accurate records.
  • Analyze performance metrics like customer satisfaction scores and turnaround times, implementing improvements for better service.

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Business, Communication, or related field preferred.
  • 1+ years in customer service, ideally in retail or home appliances.
  • Strong knowledge of home appliances, including troubleshooting common issues.

Essential Skills

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities for phone, email, and in-person interactions.​
  • Proficiency in office software, CRM systems, and inventory tools.​
  • Leadership skills to motivate teams, manage shifts, and handle high-volume customer flow.
