Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Proactively and reactively engage with customers across all channels, including phone, email, social media
  • Respond to a wide range of customer inquiries regarding products, promotions, store policies, and online services promptly and professionally
  • Develop engaging, brand-appropriate content for social media posts, email newsletters, and website banners to attract and drive traffic to our stores and online channels
  • Conduct thorough pre-upload inspections of all marketing content (both created in-house and by suppliers) to ensure accuracy in pricing, spelling, grammar, and promotion dates
  • Meticulously follow all brand guidelines for voice, tone, and visual identity. Double-check all content for consistency and detail before it is published
  • Assist in managing the content calendar for all customer-facing communication channels (social media, email) to ensure a consistent and timely flow of information
  • se performance insights to make data-informed suggestions for boosting reach and engagement on future posts and campaigns
  • Any assign given tasks related to marketing upon business requirement

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND JOB FUNCTIONS Internal and External Interactions: Internal:

  • Work with Marketing, Business I.T., Commercial, Legal.
  • Work with Store Operations such as O2O Operation, Key Account, Customer Development and commercial.

  • Content writing across channels
  • Customer Support for across channels to focus customer satisfaction
  • Track customer feedback complaints and turn into value access for customer survey
